Speaking in Public
If you are confident in your natural or newly found speaking abilities, then another promotion tool is in public speaking. Kiwanis, Elks, Rotary and colleges will usually always have the venues for public speaker open for you. As well as exposing yourself, word-of-mouth may also spread to those who attend the event about you and your ideas. Be sure to repeat your theme and strengths in your speech. Have in hand many pre-made brochures and business cards specialized for the speech as well as volunteers to help pass them out.
